Remove Line Breaks
Remove Line Breaks replaces each newline with a space to make a single text line.
Example: remove line breaks
a b
a b
How to use this tool
- Paste the multiline text.
- Run Remove Line Breaks to replace every newline with a space.
- Review double spaces, paragraph boundaries, and line-end hyphens.
How the result is made
The transform replaces CRLF or LF line breaks with ordinary spaces. “a” and “b” on separate lines become “a b”. It does not collapse existing spaces, so an original space at a line edge can create a double space after joining.
When to use it
Use it to unwrap copied text from a PDF, turn a simple list into a sentence draft, or prepare a one-line field. Join Lines gives you a chosen separator instead of a fixed space. Remove All Whitespace deletes the separators entirely and can merge words.
Details to check
Paragraph breaks are also replaced, so distinct paragraphs become one line. The tool does not repair hyphenated words split across lines or normalize repeated spaces. Review the result as prose and use Remove Extra Spaces afterward if necessary.
Questions people ask

Can I choose a comma instead?
